Welcome to the Jackson Hole Lodge

We are pleased you have chosen the Jackson Hole Lodge for your visit to Jackson Hole. We look forward to your arrival and would like to take a moment to familiarize you with our hotel. 

All rooms offer coffee makers, IPod clock radios, and complimentary in-room wireless internet. Our suites have fully equipped kitchens, fireplace, hair dryers, DVD players, iron and ironing board. In addition our one and two bedroom suites have a washer and dryer for your convenience. For those rooms that don’t have DVD players, a hair dryer or iron and ironing board we do have a limited supply available for your use on a first-come first served basis. 

Maid service is provided daily and includes the beds being made, fresh towels and the trash emptied. Although the Housekeepers are not permitted to perform kitchen-related duties during your stay, each suite is supplied with paper supplies, dishwasher detergent and liquid soap for dishes.

We are a pet friendly hotel and if you have decided to travel with your pet please refer to our Pet Policy page on our website to familiarize yourself with our rules and guidelines as well as any associated fees. In order to ensure that you are in a pet friendly room all pet requests must be made at the time of booking. 

Complimentary parking is available onsite for our registered guests. Please contact the hotel directly, prior to your arrival, to make arrangements for oversized vehicles, trailers, and motor-homes. Directions to the property can be found on our website at www.jacksonholelodge.com.

Our indoor pool complex includes a 40’ heated pool, children’s wading pool, two whirlpool spas, a dry sauna and small game and is open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. There is no lifeguard, and children under the age of 14 are prohibited without adult supervision. In addition, children under the age of 12 are prohibited from using the sauna or hot tubs. Diving is never permitted.

Coffee, tea and hot cocoa are available in our lobby between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. You may also enjoy complimentary use of our lobby computer workstation and printer with internet access. If you need to make copies or send and receive faxes during your stay our staff will be glad to assist you.

There are a number of transportation options from the Jackson Hole airport including taxis. The Town of Jackson offers complimentary bus service within the town limits. The bus service also runs throughout the day and evening from town to the ski area located at Teton Village for a fee. 

If you need to send something to the Lodge in advance of your arrival please make sure to reference your arrival date as well as your name on the outside of the package. For shipping via FedEx or UPS use our physical address; 420 W Broadway ~ Jackson, WY  83001, and for items sent via the US Postal Service use our mailing address; PO Box 1805 ~ Jackson, WY  83001. The US Postal Service will not deliver mail addressed to our physical address. 

For special requests such room location and floor preference, contact the hotel directly at (307) 733-2992, prior to your arrival. All special requests will be honored on a space available basis and cannot be guaranteed.

If your anticipated arrival time will be after 10:00 pm please contact us in advance so that we may give you late arrival instructions.
